On the Sunday the Platoon marched in the big parade , where we were commented on our perfect marching . We had been training on the Sat morning down on the village green at Irwell Vale. For the delight of the crowd and camera men down there. The Ingleton Home Guard Played there small part in the East Lancs Railway Event to help them win the Tourism Trophy .

I would like to say thank you to all the Platoon members who trained hard on the rifle drill on the Sat morning. Especially  C/pl James our Drill instructor.

After hours on the drill square, and thanks to C/pl. James, all in step..
